All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

 

International Shipping

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to slight delays due to external factors beyond our control, such as holidays, customs, and carrier delays.

 

Free Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Twinkli Tips is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Shipping Address

 Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Twinkli Tips is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@twinklitips.com.

 

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
