At Twinkli Tips, we want you to love your nails as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the following guidelines for our return and exchange policy.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Used or opened nail sets.

Gift cards.

Custom or personalized products.

 Items purchased on final sale.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact us at hello@twinklitips.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the steps.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing issues. If your nails don’t fit as expected, we’re happy to exchange them for the correct size.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

If your item is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of the exchange.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account and credit card statement first.

Contact your bank or credit card company; there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
